Each November, High Flying Lights transforms into a magical Christmas show — more than 100,000 RGB pixels set to music, in the Weddington area of Union County. Free to enjoy from your car, nightly from 5–10 PM.
Tens of thousands of lights become mega-trees, arches, and custom pixel props that dance in perfect time with a rotating playlist of 20+ holiday and pop-culture songs. Every effect is sequenced frame by frame in xLights — the software behind many of the country's largest displays.
